Ejiroghene Eferakeya is a dedicated and results-driven associate in our Dispute Resolution practice with experience in commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy, employment law, corporate compliance, oil and gas, and taxation. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has played a key role in complex, high-stakes litigation, including representing a multinational mezzanine finance company in disputes involving assets worth over US$300 million.

Beyond her litigation practice, Ejiroghene is a published legal author with insightful contributions on arbitration, corporate insolvency, and employment law. Her thought leadership earned her Lexology’s Legal Influencer Award for Q1 2021 in Financial Services – Africa and the Middle East, underscoring her impact in the legal industry.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and continues to develop her expertise across multiple areas of commercial law.
